E-Square Education consists of 5 Private Schools, Private Business College, Private Higher Education Institute (Private University) and Global Online Education Platform. This year E-Square Education is celebrating 25 years of Excellent Education on the old town square of Nelson Mandela Bay in the Eastern Cape. More than 38 000 learners, students, and graduates attended E-Square Education in the past 25 years. Alumni Top Achievers and Leaders are in abundance:

- International Soccer players for Belgium and FC Copenhagen

- London Olympic 2010 Boxing participants

- International Music Trophy in Vienna Austria, at the 32nd Youth and Music Festival for the most Enterprising Choir

Our Ed-U City Campus Private Higher Education Institute and Business College Ed-U-Options Academy had a significant percentage (20 %) of graduates, starting their own businesses and boasted 60% work placement in these challenging economic times of 46 % unemployment rate in South Africa.
Ed-U-College Port Elizabeth achieved a 100 % pass rate in 2001 and was nominated then as one of the top 100 schools in South Africa.

International agreements were forged the past 25 years:
- Nuffic (The Dutch Organisation for Internationalization in Education.)
- University of Durham IT Faculty and access to their Entrepreneurship Platform. One of the forerunners in Enterprising Education and the oldest University in England.
- PUM (Program vir Uitgaande Managers) Retired Managers from the Netherlands assisting Entrepreneurs in Developing Countries (not Financially)
- Twente University in the Netherlands Entrepreneurship Hub
- Microsoft Partners in the Eastern Cape offering online certification for Microsoft Exams
- Imagine Academy Microsoft offering more than 100 Microsoft online programmes.

Entrepreneurship is and will always be a passion of Lili, and in 2008 all 115 staff members were trained for a full year in teaching/lecturing in more entrepreneurial ways. 8 Staff members were taken overseas to observe practices at the Universities of Twente in the Netherlands and Durham in England as well as various private schools and colleges in England. The Entrepreneurship training was sponsored by Nuffic.
Leadership, mentorship, and coaching is another passion of Lili, and 3 staff members attended the Global Leadership Summit in Willowcreek Community church near Chicago in America.

Philanthropy and Corporate Social Investment meant that Lili and the Boards of Directors of the 4 Companies have donated more than ZAR 25million in full or partial bursaries and support for academic, sport and music learners and – students.
