Plan your dive, dive your plan

It’s a phrase that scuba divers the world over will have heard.

Plan your dive- You take into consideration many factors such as the conditions, the experience of the group, the objective of the dive, your equipment and the resources available. You plan to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable dive.

You dive your plan, you have a finite amount of some rather critical resources, namely air, so major deviations from the plan could put you all at risk.

At this time of year, we are all encouraged to plan, plan, plan and that’s great but do we put as much effort into actioning the plan?


I know I can be easily distracted, that shiny new product or system that’s going to revolutionise my life, my business, give me more time, more energy, shiny hair…….. you get the picture!

Yes, we need flexibility but consider your non-negotiables. The key actions that are critical to you and your business success.
