David Davies, CEO of AgUnity. David has been awarded the 2018 Global Agripreneur of the Year by Future Agro Challenge for AgUnity's work in helping developing world farmers lift themselves out of poverty. AgUnity was recently highlighted in reports by World Bank, FAO WFP and Oxford  University as a leading example of how to reduce inefficiency and waste leading to improved income, financial inclusion and reduced inequality in poor rural communities.

David had a 30 year career in technology including 10 years at executive level in investment banks including Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and Standard Chartered where he was Global Head of Market Data control, responsible for over US$100M of annual data spend.  David previously founded two successful companies in Mobile (Japan 2005) and Big Data (Singapore 2013) before turning back to his farming roots and applying advanced blockchain and enterprise data architecture to agribusinesses.

Donna Izobella, an experienced international Business Leadership Mentor and founder of The Brilliance Co. With over 25 years experience in the trenches consulting to 1000+ businesses and mentoring 1000+ again through programs and retreats. She has worked with owners from a very diverse range of industries, supporting leaders and their teams to achieve operational and strategic leadership excellence.  She is known for her tremendous skill and wisdom that sits brilliantly in the space where ‘heart + soul meets serious business’. Mindset and decision making upgrades are part of the experience when working with Donna.  She also is the Head Mentor for Roger James Hamilton and the Genius Group, leading the international mentoring program serving over 100 entrepreneurs across 25 countries. Lucas Meadowcroft is Co-Founder and CEO of Tribu and CROFTI. Lucas is a calculated risk-taker with a deep knowledge of the tech industry and a passion for innovation. Over the past three years, he has focused on building TRIBU, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Alongside this venture, Lucas has been involved in various other endeavors, leveraging his expertise in innovation, advising, investing, and sales and marketing.

In addition to Tribu, Lucas runs CROFTI, an innovation consulting business. He specializes in assisting owners and founders in achieving more with fewer resources.
