NYSE American IPO Progress Update - We continue to work hard to complete on our current acquisitions and preparation for the IPO on the NYSE. We are still on track for a Q1 2021 listing and will continue to prepare for this. The biggest shift is the potential valuation which could see a target of between $300m and $400m for listing, almost 4x our original estimates.

Acquisitions and progress - We are focused on a few key companies within our network to join us for the IPO. These are jointly cash and share offers which benefits us to increase our group revenue in the most organic way, with focus areas on key market segments. The future collaboration will be incredible for all levels of the business.

The Genius Curriculum - This is by far the most advanced thought process when it comes to different curriculums and learnings. Considering the learning pathway from 0 to 80 years old is key when we discuss our curriculum and how it can benefit all the levels.
