Eva Dalgety has one goal and that is to help women who are lacking in time, tech and marketing expertise to grow their business by connecting to their purpose to achieve measurable results. She’s passionate about helping these purpose-driven entrepreneurs, knowing she can be the missing ‘Tech Genie’ they’ve been looking for.

 

  • Finding her Lost Flow

If Eva could do all that, why wasn’t business booming? Well in a way it was. The clients she worked with were successful, but it was all quite ad-hoc and it just wasn’t working all together cohesively. Eva realised she was out of Flow and was lacking the clarity she wanted on the next steps. Especially on who she wanted to be working with and how.

 

The Crisis Leadership Academy was the answer to her problems, yet her journey with Genius Group began long before she crossed the starting line with the CLA. In fact when she first took the test, discovering she was a Lord, Eva simply wasn’t ready to work on her genius. Leaving it on the periphery for many years.

 

It was only after a client mentioned the Wealth Dynamics test once more that she went back to her genius again. Eva’s gut told her this was an opportunity she didn’t want to miss. Following coaching and attending some events, Eva signed up to become a Flow Consultant believing the process had perfect synergy with the work she was engaged to carry out by her purpose.

 

  • Becoming Confident in Herself

Then lockdown happened. Eva needed to get herself into gear, she was trained to be a consultant but she was unsure as to what direction to go in. She turned to mentors, Michelle Clarke and Michelle Nolting, who both challenged her to find five clients into her pool.

 

It was a big ask but finally Eva, with the support of the CLA, had a plan. She was finally in the flow, and out of the 10 people she reached out to, 6 came back to her and took the Wealth Dynamics test, along with a debrief. A great start for her business. To continue working with these clients, Eva created a small group that would meet regularly online. Where she could go live with them each week, offering to coach and setting up goals with her clients. Creating impact beyond the tests.

 

The CLA gave Eva What she needed to grow her own business, as well as giving her the push she needed to define and target her avatar. It connected her to like-minded individuals who understood Wealth Dynamics. Something she had been craving after.

 

  • Eva's Lessons

Since working with the programme, Eva has found herself with a consistent 25% conversion rate, which grows each day as she becomes more confident with her promotions and processes. With more experience comes higher income opportunities, she has found.

 

Mostly Eva has been enjoying being able to lean into her Blaze energy (her strength is mostly in Steel), learning to be in more flow with her working life, as well as with her customers.

 

Moving forward she has bigger goals for her future and knows she’ll be able to achieve them sooner rather than later all thanks to the Crisis Leadership Academy and her mentors.
