Believe it or not, sometimes burying your head in the sand is really the best thing you can do for yourself and the situation you’re trying to fix. 


Yes, we need to keep abreast of what's happening in the world, but when the aim is to start a habit of feel-good thoughts, it's best not to give the negative ones any momentum. Instead, it's time to raise your vibration. A really good way of raising our vibration is to give ourselves permission to be silly. 


First, a quick recap of your new story created in Day 1 as if it's already been achieved. Read your story 3 or 4 times—or more—to raise your vibration. Reminder: Your new story should be filled with positive affirmations of love and appreciation as if everything you've asked for has already been manifested. If it doesn’t raise your vibration, perhaps you should tweak your story.
