Leaders and Managers you are doing nobody any favours by allowing them to stay behind the times with Technology in your Business.

 You are doing them no favours by not positively performance manageing them! They end up as a square peg in a round hole, you lose Business Results. it creates dissatisfaction with the wider workforce and they lose self esteem , confidence and a whole raft of other issues arise. 

 Manage properly learn how to, learn how to have the conversations required - youare doing nobody any good by not (including you)  

I am Mentoring a manger who has been given the task of managing the 'poison chalice' 17 years in the organisation as a receptionist/admin role and cannot work word - that is just one thing apart from behaviours of a passive- aggressive. 

The worst types to manage, no self awareness, targets missed repeatedly, goes sick when challenged, gossips, threats of grievance being taken if the manager continues the conversation .............. the list goes on and it HAS to be dealt with.
