What’s the most underrated leadership quality?

My immediate thought has already been wtitten below and I will repeat it
Humility by far the most underrated and the ability to truly provide Servant Leadership as described by Greenleaf. Nothing religious (Greenleaf was a Quaker) to be taken from this concept just the intent and principle behind it
For some of the other answers below story telling absolutely - visions have to be created that are energising
A catalyst for change - absolutely no change = no growth = death for a company
Do you know that Japn has companies that are over a 1,000 years old? they have 100 year pans! plus - incredible to a western thought process
