    So wonderful when you get to just be yourself isnt it Richard :) though i tend to agree with what your mentor did say to you. Creators are the fastest and can easily leave the team behind if not careful. You definitely only want to ensure each creation is brought to fruition but this doesnt stop you being creative in the meantime, its just to let the team catch up. if Roger spent all his time being creative, we would all be well and truly spent energetically hehe :)

    I raised this at the Blockchain Accelerator and the solution is about where we focus. So, if i hit the team with something significant then i stead of leaving it to them and finding the next creative challenge, i should focus my creativity on helping them to deliver. I don't get down and dirty in the details but i stay with the project and in flow until it stands up by itself. Such simple genius
