It was a pleasure to be in your breakout group where your expertise, encouragement & incisive questioning provided an insight into your wonderful personality and hidden talents. Thank you again!

It has been such a pleasure working with Marilize on the WDM micro school. She was superb as the super hero backup tech team but then we got to know her persona as she lead and guided us through the presentation aspect of the course. Marilize is intuitive, thinks fast on her feet, analyses easily with apt questions and suggestions for you. She was ever so helpful and that beautiful smile is so welcoming and embracing. Marilize really 'came to life' on the last day WDM. Throughout the week she had provided brilliant and super-efficient background technical support, behind the 'shield' of a WD 'screen'. To a 'blaze/star' this gave the impression she wanted only to be 'in the background' and not to interact. How incorrect I was! When she showed her face on the Friday Marilize revealing the journey she had been on in becoming involved in events indicated how she had learned it is the people behind the numbers that makes it work for her. Had we had access all week to her beautiful, wonderfully expressive face, the really worthwhile WDM that allows us to develop such deep relationships with people online, would have been even richer. Thank you Marilize for making Friday even more special by being 'present'; thank you too for your wonderful, practical support, your patience and your professionalism. If you / your team have any capacity and I gave you any enthusiasm for my vision, I'd LOVE you to be part of it!!! Can't give a greater recommendation than that, can I?
