If you ever thought of going to therapy the best thing you can do for yourself is to work with Helga. Great therapist, better person, understanding, non-judgemental and honest. She has given me total understanding of what i was going through, different tools to overcome it and made me learn to put myself first. It is great to have someone that really supports you during the difficult process and afterwards. Always thankfull!
I am currently participating in Helga‘s Icelandic online course and it‘s one of the best things I have done for my personal growth. I have gotten such results that I want to stand on Times Square and tell everyone about this course, so they can have the same results. I am reaching more milestones at work, I feel how others respect me more and my financial situation getting back to normal. Helga is a wonderful human being, approachable, grounded, whole and trustworthy. I could not have found a better teacher.
Helga is an excellent therapist, coach and mentor. She really cares for her clients and gives them such brilliant tools and techniques to use in everyday life. I have experienced one of her programs to use in my own time and it is excellent! Definitely worth it on all levels! Thank you Helga!
