I had read "Scrum - the art of doing twice the work in half the time," and implemented what I knew in my Promotion Plan. And then I had a session with Ute. She brought everything to life and honed what I was doing. Her passion for Scrum and finding a more effective way to succeed in your project is intoxicating.
