I am still confused Sajid as to if I put a comment in a Circle will it appear in the general stream or is it confined to the Circle only. The same for Article.

    Hello everyone. Thanks Jane for for the add to your property circle. I am Michelle and I currently live in Johannesburg and own my home on a beautiful golf estate. For the past 17 years I have been in the telecommunications industry and own several retail franchise stores. A good many years back, I worked for and then managed an Estate Agency and property has always been one of my interests. I have 2 investment properties in Cape Town that are permanently let and an investment apartment in stunning Zell am See in Austria that is rented out to holidaymakers during Winter and also for most of the Summer. I have property managers who take care of the letting and payments, and all of the details including the maintenance. If I could change anything from my past years, I would have spent less on insurance and invested more in property. I look forward to learning and sharing with everyone in this group

    Hi I am based in Australia. I trained as a mining engineer and spent 10years as an explosives expert. Every day I assesse risk so I decided to use those skills to build a property portfolio. I combned this with my enginerring and research skills to back calculate the characteristics of areas that had out performed the market and used those to build a very large portfolio. Having the laser focus on suburb selection allows my portfolio to consistently outperform the market. In 2005 I decided to teach mums and dads how to do this, invest with low-risk techniques without losing their hard earned nest egg. Due to legislation in Aust the only way I could talk property was as a mortgage/finance/loan broker so I gave up mining and started a mortgage broking company. Fast forward I won Australia's mortgage broker of the year numerous times but my passion was educating people on where to buy for financial freedom. In 2012 I started studying with mentors in US to learn how to get my low-risk inveting message online. I created Your Property Success to do this. I was approached by a publisher to write a book on my technique and now I have a large community of wonderful people, a podcast that is downloaded 800 times a day, and as a Blaze Supporter I am energised by the success stories of my community. I hate reinventing the wheel and believe that with the right information, resources, competance and confidence we can create a passive income from property that lets us get on with our lifes purpose. Hence this circle is about sharing resources, support, community and celebration of success

    Oh yes, and as for my interests, I have many, including property and travel. I am a Steel with a primary Lord profile and secondary Accumulator and Mechanic profiles. Running businesses of some type or another has always featured with the aim of gaining financial freedom. I am on a high when I am helping people, and mostly, I would love to see more people having financial and personal freedom by earning passive income. I think financial education should start with the younger generation so that they can get a head start in finding the right ways to make passive income and at the same time I think that it is possible to get started at any age.
