I found Roger at an Austin event that I traveled from Florida to attend. I was not disappointed - quite the contrary. It all clicked and has give clear direction at least for the path of being a purpose driven entrepreneur. I can't wait to continue on my life-long learning journey and helping to make an impact as part of the Genius U community. Thank you for inviting me into your group.
I joined Roger's Crystal Circle programme about a year ago when I heard him sharing his vision at an event in Manchester and felt such an affinity with what he shared. I have found these last 12 months to be very challenging and very rewarding. A very rough road which has led to enormous growth (shifts) on the inside. Roger's mentorship and way of looking at the world have been very big contributors to this. I have been a slow learner but I have begun to understand the power and the genius of Genius U! He is truly inspiring, very fast paced ( hard for me to keep up at times!) and easily articulates and puts into practice his vision for a truly connected world. It's not easy to put into words the value I have received from Roger and from Genius U but the testimony is that I encourage everyone I meet to be part of this community and the amazing resources it offers. Thank you so much Roger :-)
Roger - you are a genius. What a depth of understanding you have and are able to bring to so many, helping them blossom and grow into their flow.
I first came across Roger at an event in Auckland which I signed up for not knowing what it was. That event was life-changing - I discovered that I am an entrepreneur, and the journey since has been like surfing a wave in so many ways.
From completing GEM, attending iLab - absolutely transformational, to becoming a Flow/Performance Consultant, and joining your Crystal Circle at the Flow Builder Workshop last year, to becoming City Leader for Wellington in January this year, the journey has been amazing. Your ability to ignite the genius in others, to see possibilities so quickly, to connect people and ideas, is truly inspirational.
This year with the COVID-19 crisis, you have lived what you preach with your team. I have SO appreciated the support you've provided, and am loving seeing the results in so many people as they are empowered to pivot and grow in new ways.
