I have worked with many coaches for personal and business growth last 20 years. The coaching session with Charles was absolutely life-changing that I have never experienced from other coaching sessions. The assessment result was accurate and gave me the understanding of where I am and where I will likely be going. Also, who I want to partner up to grow. It was like accessing a map when lost in my journey. I am so impressed that I encouraged my 16-year-old daughter to take the test. Her test result gave me an insight into her true potential. She had the majority of 'star' quality. That explained a lot about her affinity for certain activities. It was a surprise as she is really shy. But whenever there is an opportunity, she didn't miss a chance to go public presentation. As she is so shy, I thought the public event should be stressful for her. But even if she was shy and insecure, she never missed the opportunity of going public. I planned to encourage her to go to data science. Playing with the numbers alone.... One session with Charles saved both of us from wasting time, energy and potentially relationship conflict. It was really fun to share our qualities. I believe I have a closer relationship with my daughter because we understand each other better. Thanks, Charles!
