I went to Jacquie with a tough conversation in business with team that wasn't working and she helped me work from a place of mutual respect and to draft a letter which could have been the structure of a conversation but instead it went as an email as nobody wanted to pick up on the other side. We have resolved and closed a chapter. The result of the closure is I'm forming a new company. I feel free of an unworkable team. The support I had was immense and clever.
