I'm not a mentor because I know more than you. I'm a mentor because I've been where you are. On 14 February 2007, I gave myself the biggest gift of love by resigning from a full-time job to pursue my passion for working with entrepreneurs. Mentors have helped me find my way through the many confused moments of being an entrepreneur until I found my ikigai. I now help others find theirs.

She has helped me carefully articulate my microdegree content to ensure it is of high value and is easy to understand. One of the MD's had several 5 star reviews in its first week. Allison hits all her deadlines and is super conscious to be on budget as well. I have already recommended her to other mentors whom she has done the same level of work for.
I had the pleasure of working with Allison over the 2019 Holiday Season on a new Microdegree and our sessions together were thought-provoking. Allison brings so much knowledge and know-how to the table and she is highly curious, which leads to wonderful questions to help the end user have a seamless journey with the work. PLUS she completed the project on time and on budget. Thank you, Allison - you are amazing!
I have had the pleasure of working with Allison for the past month or so as I go through the process of searching for where I can add the greatest value to my mentees and clients. She has an amazing amount of knowledge, patience and understanding of how to work with Dynamos like me that have a tendency to lose focus. She has a directness and sense of humor that I love which she uses constantly to get me on track. Sometimes for Dynamo's we have a difficult time answering the simplest of questions - we want to make it more complicated and thereby miss the point. She was assisting me on defining my Avatars using the survey that she developed - I found myself second guessing my answers and finally deciding that it could not possibly be the right way to help me. So she took the time to walk me through step by step, getting me to really focus on the basics - it did not take long before we had my Avatar nailed, I could not believe it. On my own I most likely would still be floundering. If you need marketing help, I guarantee you will not find anyone better. Talk to her, listen to her and most of all trust her and you too will be amazed.
