Profile

I just completed the initial phase of a new program called Circle8, created by Richard and Eileen Forrestal. What a wonderful experience! The purpose of the program is to create a group with a representative from each of the profiles to come together to coach each other. By bringing my burning question to a group who can look at it from every angle, the coaching was amazing. Not only did each person bring valuable insight from their perspective, but also, having it done in an environment where all the profile perspectives could feed off each other while addressing my problem, the depth of coaching was remarkable, especially considering the limited amount of time provided to each individual. The value of being a coach to the others is as important as the value of coaching received. By the end of the two weeks, we have a network of individuals who we can reach out to going forward whenever we run into problems in the future. We are already extending our support to each other outside the formal structure, just because we have become invested in the success of each other. This is one of the best communities I have connected with on GeniusU because of the very valuable connection that can be carried forward with a peer relationship rather than a structured mentor/mentee relationship. I think this program is brilliant and am looking forward to continuing to work with everyone on the team!! Richard's creativity in how to create and or strength personal and company brands provided amazing value, especially to us in the Tempo and Steel quadrants! If you get the chance to participate in this circle program I recommend you take it. If you are looking for brand help, I absolutely recommend Richard for that as well! Thank you Richard, for a great couple of value packed weeks!!!

I did June 2020 CLA with Richard. It was a real pleasure! It is very clear that Richard is a purpose driven entrepreneur, even by short conversation, he can make you dive deep into your purpose. Ohh, and I almost forgot, he is a TRUE expert on branding.

I had the pleasure of working with Richard for 4 weeks during the Crisis Leadership Academy. What struck me from day one was his determination, to see a world where everyone lives from their true nature and true purpose. That I intuitively see people innate gifts and talents and draw that out of them. Richard is a creator/ dynamo energy he has the ability to thing big picture and long term vision for the new kind of world to live in and having helped big brands find their purpose Richard also helps entrepreneurs and leaders find their mission on earth. So, if anyone has ever asked themselves - what am I here to do in this lifetime? What's my mission? How do I activate my gifts? Well, Richard's purpose is to help you find and activate your purpose.
