Mentor experience

Toni has been a caregiver to her now passed mother for the last 20 years of her life and provided the same support systems to her now passed senior brother. Leading her own sales team, in standard sales and purchases, Toni Patillo & Associates has a specific niche in Senior Transition sales, Probate, Trust sales, Bankruptcy, Divorce, Short Sales, and Pre-Foreclosure liquidations. Ms. Patillo is the Principal and Broker for Toni Patillo & Assoc.’s, a Residential & Commercial Real Estate Company whose expertise is in the liquidation of properties for people who are selling due to particular circumstances. As the former Broker of Record for Keller Williams Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Malibu Market Centers, Ms. Patillo oversaw the sales production of over 400 sales agents. Toni is also the Principal and Broker for LA City Short Sales, a Listing and Negotiations Company that is dedicated to assisting distressed property owners. While her specialty is listing residential housing, Ms. Patillo is known as the “Go to Strategist” for all standard, traditional and circumstantial real estate matters. Toni’s passion is in education so you’ll often find her in the class rooms of many KW Training Rooms and Board Association. Ms. Patillo is actively involved with the National MS Society, KW Cares, Gift of Sight, Toni’s House (a non-profit transition home for women in recovery), the Older Adult Task Force, Alzheimer’s Greater Los Angeles, OPICA, Wise and Healthy Aging and various other non-profits extending her efforts in the philanthropic space in Giving Back!
