I love this approach to giving. While I don’t have much finance resources to offer, I’m a huge advocate of teen volunteering and have become a resource for parents in my community. It makes me feel so good!

I’ve been mentoring marketing apprentices for almost a year and as Roger puts it, approaching each person uniquely is what made every experience successful. I’m excited to dig deeper into mentorship for fellow solo entrepreneurs, working parents, and youth like my three children.

In the end, Roger reminds us to bring in the Spirit, the why, that highlights how every step of the conversation should be - focus on understanding the person through directional questions and helping him/her discover their flow & own their future. Great communication tip for life and business.
