So that I can let them make the test, debrief it and then move on to help a person overcome the "flow blocks", which is something beyond this system....

It's a very inspiring presentation Michelle Clarke. As a dynamo creator and coach I sense that this whole system could help me leverage my work by existing already in an automated form instead of me having to use my intuition on "smelling" their strengths (which I am naturally good at)....
