I liked this definition "Flow occurs in the absence of stress and boredom - at the intersection of where your passions, talents and skills come together." It hit a nerve and made me set up a time to go through what stresses and bores me.
Can this change over the years or am I always this?
I found the different strategies interesting. The notion that I can give what I have, and not only money, is adding to my thoughts from the passion module.
This micro degree made it click in my head why I have had to struggle before with getting forward and why I have felt being in a flow when that has happened. It made me understand what I have been doing and what I can do with Intention - Attention - No tension and with my passions. Thank you!
