    Yes, they have been very impressive too! Also Island and Norway have female leaders I believe.

    Well, I think that it has already spread. However, it takes more time for the world to start seeing it! For millennia, the world has ignored herstory and concentrated for history by default. It will take time to start seeing equality and it might mean that it needs to go to the other way first before the balance is established. In Finland, it is not a big deal anymore - as even our Prime Minister keeps telling everyone. They just get on with their work, and very well they do that, indeed.
