Mentor experience
I have been mentoring staff and clients since late 1980's. I have helped build a number of branches and businesses for multinational companies as well as having built a number of my own businesses. TalentPoint is my most successful business to date having grown from foundation to 30 staff and 6.5 million in revenues within 18 months if startup. I sold this business in 2010. I am currently on a new project to help SME businesses grow using digital marketing and a collective approach.
