Lyn spent 20 years working within business as an accountant - most of these leading teams and in roles including Financial Controller and Divisional Finance Director. Here she learnt how the business numbers tell a story and that translating that story for others to see was important to help the business grow. Having trained and certified as a coach in 2011 Lyn started to appreciate how our beliefs and the stories we tell ourselves impacts how we use and see the numbers in our business. Lyn now works with purpose led business leaders to link the stories - the one they want their business to tell, the one it is telling and the ones they are telling themselves.

Wow...even the pre-session questions deeply got things moving for me and then in my session with Lyn more came to the surface.
