Social Media Content Creation & Management

We will write 60 relevant and engaging posts per month (2 daily posts over 7 days) to 2 Social Profiles of your choice (choose between Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). The content will be aimed at encouraging your audience to like your posts and engage with them (respond and/or share).

We will get you set up on Hootsuite to automate your posts so if you wish to continue the management of your social media after this period you can do so easily.

We will positively engage with your social followers through likes, mentions, comments, thank-you's and re-tweets for a max of 1 hour per week. We'll also answer any direct messages, mentions and other social media based customer enquiries again for a max of 1 hour per week. We'll also set up an auto-responder so that any users who message your business on Facebook, receive an automatic reply letting them know what happens next. The time allocated should be sufficient for a small business social media account but upgrades with more hours are available.
