It's world health, rather than personal health, but I thought it would be an encouraging bit of news to start the week: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-7738359/Dying-coral-revived-playing-sounds-healthy-reefs-underwater-loudspeakers.html?

Dying coral could be revived by playing healthy reef sounds underwater

Researchers led from the University of Exeter report that the sounds attract twice as many fish to help clean up the reef and make room in which new corals can grow.

I just donated to help a farmer run a beekeeping business in Kenya! I know the effect that bees have in the ecosystem, and how incredible is it that bees can also provide a stable source of income for farmers and families. Did you know B1G1 has over 400 projects, and they're all categorised by UNSDG

On Tuesdays, I like to go exploring. Today's exploration had me accidentally walk into the grounds of Emperor Haile Selassie I's old house in Bath on his birthday. If you are wondering who that is, as I was, he is THE Ras Tafari of Rastafari. He got Ethiopia into the League of Nations.

This is the first one I thought I'd share! I've purposely explored 3 times so far, and so far I've found a local market I didn't know about and had a nice time on the first one (and learned a new commute route). I'll take some photos on my next ones!
