A TASTE OF TALENT DYNAMICS & WINE in Napa Valley 

Every individual will be given the Talent Dynamics profiling test before arriving to the EDventure. This test assesses how your natural path directly links to how you lead, how you perform best in a team and how you can effectively impact the business or organization you work in. 

During this 4 hour EDventure we will review individual profiles and profile reports and spend time sampling team building exercises and create our own blend of wine that we taste and take home.  

Combining Education and Adventure is our approach to this fun and informative 4 hour EDventure that will increase your awareness of individual and team strengths, challenges, and operating style.  

You can bring your entire team, or sample the experience for yourself and schedule a future customized Talent Dynamics workshop for your teams. You will walk away with valuable insight into the power of Talent Dynamics, team building and will learn more about wine making in the Napa Valley.
