'Don't hold on to grudges' They become heavy. They weigh you down. They impede your progress. If you want to flow, let grudges go.
'Speak and act with a kind heart'. This in itself will work miracles. What if our tongue was directly connected to our heart ..... imagine that world!
'Miracles are happening everywhere'. Such is the nature of life and the universe whether we appreciate it or not. Observe. Let go. Let it work its magic. Enjoy.
'Get excited about what might go right' This is just as valid as being worried about what might go wrong but way more productive, energising, playful and fun!!
