WHO HAVE WE GOT FOR YOU THIS MONTH?

For many, Augmented and Virtual reality are scenes from Star Trek.  Whilst newspaper can print sensationalist headlines sometimes about the future, what does it really have in store, how is it changing?

Technologist and Visionary Jon Masters joins Manchester Entrepreneur Social, August 3rd, to share his knowledge and expertise.  From writing computer programs at 10 on a Sinclair ZX81, to delivering engineering programs on Smart Cities, Jon has always had a hand in crafting the future.

The height of the home computing revolution gave Jon the boost he needed at a young age and after considerable time as a Systems Architect at Siemens UK Jon set up Visyonr (http://www.visyonr.io) in 2015, a company dedicated to building Augmented Reality solutions in conjunction with Microsoft Hololens platform.

Today, Jon’s vision has evolved even more and has partnered with Global Technology Entrepreneur Chandresh Pala to create YouGo.World (https://yougo.world), a platform designed to bring people from across the world together using the power of VR and AR technology.

Jon’s vision for the future is that through the use of AR and VR, he can help to create businesses and social projects that bring together diverse groups of people, all sharing their knowledge and experience without boundaries.

LOGISTICS AND COSTS 

It is located right next to Shude Hill Metro between the Printworks and the Arndale. Leave the car at home and use Manchester’s clean, above ground metro to transport you or if that’s not possible then the Wonder Inn has car parks on either side of it. You never know, after a few meetings you might be the source of transport for your own cluster of Entrepreneurs creating your own impact, reducing carbon emissions. 

To help make the Entrepreneur Socials accessible to people in all stages on their journey, we do our best to keep these events as low cost as possible. 

The first meeting you attend is complimentary so you can get a taste of what we are about. Subsequent meetings are charged to cover the time, effort and costs that go into making these events a success.
