Rosie Garwood is a qualified Coach and Mentor. She works with ambitious people who are ready to make changes at work, and asks the questions that no-one else can. Rosie’s background is in Management development, team dynamics and relationship management; she is a trainer, trouble-shooter, confidante and trusted advisor.

Rosie has been privileged to see first-hand that our best is often better than we thought, and that life can be great when we work to our strengths and use the natural abilities of those around us.

Rosie is a Management Coach with insights into how we get the best out of work, how to predict and manage behaviour, how to celebrate and develop the things we do well and to be more aware of our stress triggers.

Rosie will share some of the key lessons she’s learned in over 30 years in relationship management, she’ll outline common themes across employers and sectors, from her perspective as coach and mentor, and from having run her own business in training and development.
