Each month we invite a guest speaker to come and inspire us with their amazing entrepreneurial story. This month our guest speaker is Steven Robinson who will be speaking on What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Stronger.

GUEST SPEAKER 

Steven Robinson, the one armed pilot, is our guest speaker this month. Steve will be sharing the highs and lows of his entrepreneurial journey from multi-million dollar businessman to the depths of despair with regular death threats, to soaring again to become the one-armed pilot.

Steve's is story of triumph over adversity and he is a true inspiration on the art of keeping going when the chips our down.

As people’s attitudes around the world are evolving, businesses will be the reflection of this change and society will reap the reward. Todays Entrepreneurs will lead the new wave of businesses of the future, driven with purpose, creating a positive social legacy.

Leeds is proud to host the local Entrepreneur Social as part of the Entrepreneur Institute community dedicated to educating and connecting people interested in entrepreneurship and social impact. 

It is a monthly event designed to connect Leeds very own vibrant community of Business Owners, Thought Leaders, Change Makers and Inspiring Entrepreneurs with the very latest tools for accelerating trust and flow in your lives to create a bigger, long lasting impact on the world.

Each social we will be inviting a successful Entrepreneur to share their story, their triumph, their woe’s, lessons and actions to take away. Think TEDx style presentations crossed with open discussions to dig deeper into the juicy stuff.

To date we have had amazing speakers who have shared, inspired and motivated us, and shown how their worlds' changes when following their purpose.  We have had insights to the UN SDG10 - Reduced Inequality and SDG4 - Quality Education.  In addition, we have seen how following your passion, being in flow and being connected to a community of like-minded entrepreneurs creates magic and immense fun!

All this surrounded by a supportive network of peers in a relaxed environment to nurture your mind, body and soul with plenty of time afterwards to stay for drinks and widen your personal circle of friends, share resources and form collaborative partnerships

The event is being hosted at Thorpe Park where there is plenty of free parking and easy access to the local motorway networks.

Registration from 6.30pm for a prompt 7.00pm start.

To help make the Entrepreneur Socials accessible to people in all stages on their journey, we do our best to keep the investment at these events as low cost as possible. £10 is your investment for a standard ticket.  If you wish to make a donation to a local charity you can purchase a 'Ticket for Good' at £15.

The first meeting you attend is complimentary - come and experience the community.  We love welcoming new people and the regular attendees will happily share their thoughts too.
