About 4 years ago, I had a dream to positively impact the teams and individuals I work with.  Transform the way that those around me relate to their careers and increase the enjoyment and effectiveness of life.  In response to that dream, I set out to learn everything I could to increasing the performance and effectiveness of myself and groups.  Ten Fathoms is the result of what I have learned.   

I have always believed that anything worth doing is worth doing with a team.  Even vacations.  If you are able to accomplish your dream by yourself then you are thinking too small.  It is the big hairy audacious goals (BHAGs) that makes life worth living.  

As a consulting firm that specializes in you having an inspired career and life, our goal is to raise the bar for what it means to be successful.  Though money can be a key factor in measuring success it is not success.  Success is what you say it is and that is what we are out to achieve. 

In this game we call life, we all lose.  So make it a game worth losing.
