We belive few people who set out to self manage realise the risks they are inadvertently taking. Property management is a skill and as with all skills there is an element of learning and experience to be gained through the implementation of those learnings in a safe environment.  

Few realise the price of getting it wrong is massively disproportinate to the scale of the error they are likely to make.

Many people pay thousands of pounds to learn how to invest in property but almost none go on to seek out training in how to manage these valuable assets. It's like buying an expensive car but then not learning how to drive it!
