Catching up with Lisa Michaels, recent winner of The Shine Awards, is a wonderful opportunity to see how much things can change for an Entrepreneur in just a few months. Especially an Entrepreneur focused on pivoting their business.

 

We first heard Lisa’s incredible story back in August, where she shared how her business had changed in 2020 with a need for her to change her business offerings to match the needs of the market. A challenge she rose to with great success. But where is she now at the end of 2020?

 

• On the Up and Up

As like many with the Entrepreneurial spirits, Lisa’s progress didn’t stop in August. Since then, she has done incredible things. To name but a few including her successful run as a Faculty Member for the Entrepreneur Summer School, where her ‘Microschool Design & Build Entrepreneur Summer School’ taught over 60 students to build their own Microschool.

 

From there, Lisa now established as a mentor on the Genius U platform was able to launch a new mentoring programme, ‘Nourished & Resilient Leader’. Allowing her products and services to evolve as she did. Lisa has also received over 70 reviews from satisfied students and clients on her Genius U profile. A feat which has propelled her into the top ten mentors on the platforms. The words of her students now speaking far louder, Lisa shares, than anything she could say,

 

Amazingly, Lisa also won a Genius Group Shine Award for her unwavering support and commitment to the community and most recently has been facilitating the Wealth Dynamics Masters programme. A huge achievement at the end of an incredible year for Lisa, and seemingly natural evolution of her business and purpose.

 

• Its all in the Reviews

What’s most telling about Lisa’s success in 2020 has been a complete focus on bringing out the best in others. Many reviews have highlighted Lisa’s exceptional ability to provide two complementary elements of support to her students. First her experience within the art of sharing knowledge, and secondly her understanding of how to bring people’s true vision to the surface. Know-how without direction, Lisa believes, often leads people in a circle and results in frustration.
