Igniting a positive mindset and calm reactions through Reiki Healing

Reiki is an energy healing treatment that works holistically; on the whole body, mind and spirit.  Reiki is a relaxing treatment whereby natural healing vibrations are transmitted through my hands to the body of the recipient, using reiki as a guided life force. It is normal to feel a warm tingling sensation, heat or coolness, pins-and-needle tingling, vibrational buzzing, electrical sparks, numbness, throbbing, itchiness, and sleepiness.

However it is also common to not feel anything and still receive the same healing benefit which supports us in balancing our inner systems and developing our spiritual selves, causing us to feel a greater sense of harmony, enabling us to respond to challenges in a more positive and calm manner. The purpose of a Reiki treatment is to relieve stress and pain, induce relaxation, release emotional blockages and accelerate natural healing for the physical body. 

You do not have to be ill to experience the benefits of reiki healing, especially now during the lockdown caused by COVID19, I have focused the reiki healing techniques on promoting a positive mindset to combat getting stuck in negativity from the daily news. By achieving a greater sense of harmony, calmness and connection to self, you become clear-minded, focused on the good and are ultimately more happy and content. This assists in not becoming overwhelmed by the external environment and with not responding to situations in a reactive or negative manner. 

Reiki is very effective in supporting you in staying centered and grounded within the present moment, rather than getting caught up in the fears and anxieties of the future. 

I encourage you to connect to your spiritual bodies, in order to feel at peace, aligned and less stressed while being guided by your core values during this time of massive uncertainty,  anxiety and fear caused by the pandemic.
