We hope you are strong and healthy during this time of Global Crisis, and have managed to weather the storm and prepare for the worst, but hope for the best. This has been our firm motto and has been the main reason why the Genius Group of Companies will not only survive, but will thrive and continue to grow heading up to our IPO on the NYSE in 2021.
Recently we hosted our Quarterly Impact Investor update on the 28th April 2020 for our Platinum / Impact Investors with the update on the results for Q1 2020 and the plans for Q2 2020.
Key updates in the recording:
- * Entrepreneur Resorts Merger with the Genius Group - This proposal has been accepted at board level and is now under review with the Merj Exchange. Once the process is clear and the review is finalised, we will be sending out notice to all ERL shareholders. Please do let me know if you would like to be on the priority list.
- * Genius Group Convertible Loan - We started with a target of $1m to raise through this fundraising activity, to complete on our current acquisitions and prepare for the NYSE IPO. We achieved 80% over target with a total investment of $1,804m. This has allowed us to review further potential acquisitions that will be shared on the next quarterly update.
- * Performance of the companies in Q1 and Q2 plans - Roger and Sandra presented the updates on the numbers and details behind the performance of Q1 2020 and the plans for Q2 2020. Please watch the recording and view the presentation that is found in the Library section of the Investor Circles on GeniusU.
- * Investor Dashboard - We have been working with our developers to deploy the investor dashboard in GeniusU. It has taken longer than expected due to the Business Pivot, however should be launched in May 2020. This is super exciting to be able to see your investment, current pricing, investor entitlements and links to use these, all in one place.
- * Crisis Leadership Academy MicroSchool - We recently launched the campaign for entrepreneurs to join a 4 week live mentoring and implementation business accelerator that starts on 18 May, designed to take your products online in the most effective way, covering all aspects of the process to ensure you can generate at least $10,000 a month in revenue. - * The Trusted Buyers Club - We have also launched the Trusted Buyers Club, a marketplace for trusted buyers and sellers, where a niche product is bought and sold within a trusted community to ensure each player generates guaranteed revenue.
