How do you feel about big brother?

It’s no secret that on occasion, government agencies across the world obtain personal information from individuals.

But how should we feel when this happens on LinkedIn?

LinkedIn often gets requests from the government for personal data and to remove content.

Luckily, the platform always tries to put the interests of its members first. This means a request from the government doesn’t always lead to giving away your data.

Often, if it’s a simple issue, LinkedIn will comply with government requests. But rest assured, if it’s an unusual request, LinkedIn will take into account the member and the requesting body before making a decision.
