The Powertool of the day: 🌟WILLINGNESS 🌟
Every day is an opportunity to insist on having our own way or to participate in creating great life experiences for everybody involved.
Willingness acknowledges the existence of other people and their contribution.
Willfulness insists that I must have my way, or else I will remove my contribution or approval.
It disqualifies me from participation and turns the process into "me and them"
Willingness is about "us"
If I am in a position of authority and I am willing to listen to the voices of the others, I gain greater insight into their thinking.
I can also access solutions that were never available to me before.
Willingness requires an open mind.
Open minds allow for flow.
Flow is good.
Flow facilitates progress.
We never have all the answers.
Ask them, they often know more than we will admit.
Declare your willingness and you will see their side that likes to connect and contribute.
This is of course not blanket permission to use your willingness as a tool of manipulation against you.
Keep your power of discernment activate.
Here is our challenge for the day:
Just for today declare your willingness to participate in the creation of the reality and the experience of life.
