The merge tool option is now working again.
So - for your own sake - PLEASE, refrain from logging in through social accounts - but only choose 1 email account to log in from directly!!
Supports gives these steps to follow.......
Please follow the below instructions to merge the accounts:
• Please open a new/ different web browser which has no cache / history stored from geniusu.com
• Sign into Genius U with the primary account which you wish to keep as your main account…
• Once signed in please go into the Settings page [on the top menu bar]…
• Select the ‘account merging tool’ link, or visit http://www.geniusu.com/account_merges
• Here you will see another login window which will ask you for the email id…
• Please sign into that window using the secondary account, which you wish to merge into the primary…
• Once logged in you will see all the data listed in 2 columns. Select which data you wish to merge by marking the radio button next to each item.
• Once saved, the logged in account will be updated with the merged data and the other account will be removed.
ADVANTAGE is of course, that you do not risk doing MD´s steps on several accounts, having different friends on different accounts etc. etc. ;-)
