    Deborah, I have downloaded the latest version of this, and have found another problem with it. On the final sheet - cashflow -- the figures for cost of sales are not pulling through. Also, I've found that if I don't begin week 1 at the start of the month, then none of my monthly expenses from the overheads sheet pull through. Weekly and quarterly ones do, just not monthly ones. any suggestions for a fix? Thanks

    My apologies. I didn't do this properly. I put the hours, not the payment into the timeline sheet, and couldn't understand why I was getting silly numbers there.....alls well on that front.
