My time saving tool is meditation. Almost daily I spend at least 3 hours in "meditation" that I adapted from different styles so it includes body movement, taking notes, listening to inspiring music, listening to silence or the sound current, and focus on breathing. The best part is to gain clarity about what I really want to accomplish with my life. Einstein said that if he had a problem to work on he would spend 55 minutes defining the problem and 5 minutes on the solution. I have found this method to work tremendously. Life is layered with many truths and it takes time to get to core truths. Btw, this is the very best part of my day. I don't set an alarm. I naturally wake up around 3:00 a.m. and by 6:00 I'm ready to begin my day refreshed, full of clarity, and excited about the day.
